Hey there, as I mentioned earlier I’m at the beginning of my new chapter in life. New city, new job… I moved to Berlin a week ago and these are my first remarks.

I’ve divided my remarks into 4 different categories.

NATURE&CLIMATE

1- It gets dark early.

Today the sunset was at… 4 pm. I’m not used to that. It feels like 9 pm when it’s 5 or 6 pm in reality.

2- It’s cold.

Until moving here I lived 9 years in Montpellier, south of France. Before that, I lived 5 years in Istanbul Turkey, and 14 years in Denizli, a south-western city in Turkey.

None of these cities were cold. It snows once or twice a year in Istanbul but it’s easily not a cold place overall.

Montpellier and Denizli have similar climates where it’s extremely hot in the summer and not cold in winter.

But now this is my reality.

For NA people -9(lowest) is equal to 15.8F and 2(highest) is 35F.
